Meat Cutter Part Time

BJ's Wholesale Club -  -  - Responsibilities:
Engages and provides assistance to members by making recommendations and answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.;
Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by members.;
Cuts, grinds, and processes fresh meats to company cutting standards; weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts.;
Maintains inventory levels and ensures the meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses cases are fully stocked; rotates by expiration dates.;
Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department.
