Full Time Salary Range: $54,075.00 - $54,075.00 Salary Job Shift: Day Ajax Turner Company, Inc. is Tennessee's largest beer distributor with its operation located in LaVergne. The company has been in operation for over 50 years and is family owned and operated. The Company distributes a wide variety of products including Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, Heineken, and many Non-Alcohol products, among many others.

SCHEDULE:

Start at approximately 5AM - until completion of route (No set off time). 40-45 hour average work week.

No Weekends, & Home Each Day!

PAY:
Yearly salary of $52,500.

The Chaser Merchandiser will receive a take home company vehicle and will meet the driver out on the route each day from their home and service the entire account once the order is dropped/delivered. This position will not be required to report to the office/warehouse daily.

Assist in delivering products in a safe and timely manner to all customers, following an assigned daily route. Will repetitively lift 25-50 pounds throughout the day.

Execution of product rotation,, stock shelves, report out of stocks, organize back stock, and relocate products as directed.

Submitting all required paper work, sales invoices, communication forms, and customer payments every day.

Cultivating a superior knowledge of company's portfolio.

Reporting vehicle maintenance issues and accidents according to company policies.

Maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock.

Providing professional interaction to customers and store managers.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have satisfactory driving record and pass criminal background check.

Can build product displays, stock cooler shelves, stack cases, etc.

Ability to effectively and safely operate a dolly(aka hand truck, two-wheeler).

Friendly, courteous, works well with others, and maintains a professional appearance.

Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Has a strong commitment to customer service with the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
