Sales Support Specialist
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative support to dealership sales staff with coordination and processing of equipment sales. The role works closely with Sales Operations on sales transactions, warranty enrollment, and customer billing processes.

What You Will DoThe Sales Support Specialist will coordinate and process equipment sales, maintain sales records, and ensure accurate billing and warranty enrollment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Create sales agreements and shipping documents for transport of equipment
- Assist in preparation and distribution of business documents, reports, and sales and marketing documentation for analysis
- Work in office Monday through Friday (8 am – 5 pm)
- Manage inventory of equipment at Thompson Machinery or other locations
- Gather materials and process sales transactions, interacting with Accounting for customer invoicing
- Assist Territory Sales Representatives with sales transaction paperwork and customer history
- Use the Dealer's business system to extract customer and equipment information
- Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the dealership
- Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the dealership

Basic Qualifications- Occasionally lifting 25–30 lbs
- Frequent hand use for typing, phone, materials, and tasks
- Work outdoors with required safety PPE
- Other assigned duties
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Three or more years of relevant experience desired
- Able to use standard office equipment: computers, calculators, printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficient with basic Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, web browsers, and capable of learning proprietary software
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, vendors, and managers
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and represent Thompson Machinery professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information
- Function effectively in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
