Sales & Marketing Specialist

Our Sales & Marketing Specialists help grow TLC Rides by developing relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, case managers, community organizations, and other referral partners that need dependable non-emergency medical transportation.

In this role, you’ll help introduce organizations throughout the community to TLC Rides, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify new opportunities to connect people with safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation.

• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources
• Represent TLC Rides at networking and community events
• Generate new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners
• Help communicate TLC Rides services and capabilities to healthcare organizations
• Track outreach activity and partnership opportunities

$16/hour + bonuses

Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, transportation, or community outreach is helpful, but candidates with strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships are encouraged to apply.
