Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to inspect, install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, electrical, and other systems throughout the plant. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities- Work with contractors on major machine repair and rebuilding.
- Determine proper layout, assembly, and installation of systems.
- Understand and troubleshoot PLCs and control circuits.
- Operate comfortably with SAP/CMMS programs.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Certification in at least three of the following: electrical, hydraulics, HVAC, or pneumatics systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Welding or Forklift certification is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. The facility is responsible for producing mattresses and pillows. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of LA VERGNE, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $88920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
