Job Description:

We are hiring full-time Amazon Delivery Drivers to join our team in La Vergne, TN. As an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), we are responsible for delivering Amazon packages safely and efficiently throughout the local area. Whether you're an experienced driver or looking for a new career opportunity, we provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed. No CDL is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

* Report to the delivery station each day for route assignments and vehicle inspections

* Load and organize packages into your delivery vehicle

* Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers

* Operate a company-provided cargo van while following all traffic laws and safety procedures

* Use GPS navigation and handheld technology to complete deliveries and track packages

* Provide professional and courteous customer service

* Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds

* Frequently enter and exit the vehicle throughout the day

* Work outdoors in various weather conditions

* Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity

* Assist teammates when additional support is needed

Schedule:

* Full-time positions available

* 8-10 hour shifts

* Approximately 40 hours per week

* Weekend availability required (at least one weekend day)

Equipment Provided - Every Delivery Driver receives:

* Company delivery vehicle

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years old

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Eligible to work in the United States

* Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Comfortable working in various weather conditions

* Strong attendance, reliability, and customer service skills
