• Monday‑Thursday: 2 pm – 10:30 pm
• Friday: 12:30 pm – 9 pm (or until task is complete)

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, and ensuring efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to shipment to a variety of internal and external customers.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, FDA, and state/local regulations and adhere to cGMP guidelines.
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
• Learn and apply new information and methods in the assigned area.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Work on routine assignments that require problem resolution; routinely review output with work lead or supervisor.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process orders, including accurate picking, quality control checks, and sorting.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean work environment and comply with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties or participate in projects as assigned by manager or other management team member.

• Demonstrate working knowledge or proficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
• May require material handling equipment certification.
• Accurately perform multiple operational tasks assigned.
• Show basic material handling, packaging, and warehouse equipment skills.
• Perform warehouse operations functions within facility operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate effective oral communication skills.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods.
• Adhere to all quality guidelines.
• Work under moderate supervision; output reviewed by lead or supervisor.

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• All training provided starting first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights of 20‑30 ft regularly.
• Willing to work at temperatures of 36‑42°F for up to 10 hours or longer.
• Willing to work in a freezer at 5°F for 30‑minute increments followed by a 10‑minute break.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technology such as computers or point‑of‑sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
