Evening Shift Warehouse Associate, Refrigerated

Anticipated hourly rate: $20.00 – $20.60 per hour, based on experience. Includes shift differential. No bonus.

Shift schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm;
Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm. Overtime may be required.

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurate picking, quality control checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross‑train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie‑rider).
• Work in a refrigerated environment (36°F–42°F) for up to 10 hours or longer and in a freezer (5°F) for 30‑minute increments followed by a 10‑minute warm‑up.
• Maintain compliance with operating guidelines and quality standards under moderate supervision.

• No prior warehouse experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20–30 ft.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technology such as computers or point‑of‑sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work in a refrigerated or freezer environment.
