Now hiring Weekend Team Lead
Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
- 1+ year of warehouse, supply chain, or receiving experience preferred
- 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze problems and improve warehouse efficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing workloads, and work cross-functionally
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and heavier items as needed while working in a warehouse environment
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming products and shipments
- Perform random product sampling and coordinate with Quality Control for inspections
- Transport and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Label products and maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
- Train, supervise, and support Receiving team members
- Manage receiving discrepancies and communicate inventory issues to the Procurement team
- Oversee put‑away and picking processes to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ISO/TL9000 requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while identifying opportunities for process improvement
