POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a proactive Team Lead to provide daily work guidance, training, and operational support to warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily guidance on work assignments and train employees on job responsibilities.
- Efficiently evaluate and implement resources to complete daily tasks.
- Communicate production or employee issues promptly to management.
- Assist with picking products, ensuring safety rules and company policies are strictly followed.
- Experience:
Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. - Tech
Skills:
Working knowledge of AS400, basic PC skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required. - Physical Standards:
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and manually lift up to 40 lbs.
