Accounting Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in La Verne, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a mix of collections, data entry, customer communication, and general accounting support within a fast-paced transport and materials storage environment.

The Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting operations by helping ensure accurate records, timely follow-up, and strong internal and external communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Perform collections activities and follow up with customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete accurate data entry for accounting-related transactions and records.
• Communicate efficiently with customers to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and support constructive teamwork across internal departments.
• Assist with accounting tasks and assigned deadlines under the direction of the Controller.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support accounting operations and business needs.

• $25 to $27 per hour.
