Work Schedule:
A regular, set schedule is available each semester between the hours of 7a-11pm Monday – Thursday, Friday 7a – 7p, Saturday 9a – 3p, and Sunday 9a – 3p. Position starts August 17th.

Job Description SummaryThe front desk attendant is the first line of customer service at the Randall Lewis Center. You will welcome all users into the space and help determine what areas they want to utilize.
Specific Duties- Greet users and guests.
- Check users in by scanning .
- Provide information regarding center programming and activities.
- Deliver exceptional service experience to all users and guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the center.
- Help distribute Leo Food Pantry food bags.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with others.
- Past work experience or volunteer work preferred but will consider mentorship for those without a past work history.
- CPR preferred, but not required.
Employees are eligible for the following benefits:
One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum accrual of 24 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year and capped at 48 hours. University of La Verne Defined Contribution Retirement Plan – can contribute employee voluntary contributions, excluding wages derived from federal work study funds. In accordance with the Affordable Care Act ( ACA ), employees who work an average of 30 or more hours per week, will be eligible for medical coverage through the University of La Verne.
Covered under the University of La Verne Workers Compensation Insurance.
