Job Description SummaryAssist the Professional Development Courses department staff with receiving, counting, and mailing course material, as well as clerical duties such as answering phones, preparing envelopes, and sending emails.
Specific DutiesAssist with inventory, packaging, counting, stocking shelves, preparing mailing labels, answering phones, sending emails, and other tasks as needed.
Minimum QualificationsNone-trainable entry level position. Must be able to lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
Preferred QualificationsComputer literate and personable.
Benefits Summary- One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum accrual of 24 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year and capped at 48 hours.

- In accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), employees who work an average of 30 or more hours per week will be eligible for medical coverage through the University of La Verne.
