We are seeking a collaborative and equity-minded instructor to teach graduate- and doctoral-level courses across programs in the department. The role may also include meaningful support for leadership preparation and credentialing programs, including work connected to fieldwork, performance assessment, and program alignment with accreditation standards.

Primary responsibilities include teaching graduate and/or doctoral courses, supporting practice-based learning experiences and applied leadership development, engaging in course development and curricular revision, collaborating with faculty on program design, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts, advising and supporting graduate students, and participating in program, department, and college meetings.

Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Child Development, Human Development, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related field, experience teaching or mentoring graduate students or adult learners, demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications include an earned doctorate (or ABD) in a related field, experience teaching in graduate or doctoral programs, experience with cohort-based and/or online program delivery, experience in school or district leadership or organizational leadership roles, familiarity with performance-based assessments and accreditation processes, and a record of collaboration in curriculum design or academic innovation.
