- Availability Mondays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Whittier

Starting Rate $24.00/hour. Plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement + bonus incentives for job placements $100-600 (prorated)
In the Employment Coach role, you will be support someone with:- Job development, including resume building, practice interviews, learning new employability skills
- Transportation to and from work, and assistance with accessing their community
- Maintaining employment and productivity
- Discovering their interests, skills, and employment goals
- Creating a meaningful daily schedule by working with their circle of support

Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION- The Employment Coach is responsible for carrying out all directives that come from the Support Manager, their Director of Services, Chief Executive Officer, and Board of Directors. The highest priority is to ensure all IRI persons served service and support needs are met.
- The Employment Coach provides mentorship to the people we serve. Their main goal is to ensure they are providing the best services possible, including a priority focus on health, safety, and quality of life services.
