This role is tailored for individuals with a strong enthusiasm for acquiring expertise in AI and disseminating AI-related knowledge. The responsibilities include immersing oneself in diverse AI resources for learning, conducting workshops to impart knowledge, and actively participating in projects related to the Library and Learning Commons to explore ways of integrating AI into the work environment.

• Research and learn AI platforms, features, functions, etc.
• Hold workshops on AI.
• Develop AI for the Library and Learning Commons.
• Assist in researching emerging technologies for faculty and students to use to enhance their teaching and/or learning experience.
• Assist in community engagement activities such as Maker Fair, Robotic Summer Camps as well as providing solutions to solve real life problems using IoT devices, Raspberry Pi; etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Wilson Library professional staff.

• Knowledge of computer programs such as:
  Google apps, Microsoft Office.
• Programming languages
• Interested in learning new skills, software/applications, and technology.
• Technologically savvy:
  Comfortable navigating most applications and computer-based software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with a well developed self-management skill set.
• Employ effective written and verbal communication skills to cultivate robust and supportive working relationships with faculty, staff, and students, assisting them in constructing their own comprehension of the academic technology at their disposal.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a busy work environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated dependability and responsibility in other work or volunteer positions.
