We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4

HANA upgrade project in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed multiple upgrade projects (minimum of
5) and possess deep knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA, project management methodologies, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA upgrade initiatives.
• Manage all phases of the project including initiation, design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.
• Manage resource planning, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.

• Minimum 8–10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• 5+ successful SAP upgrade projects (ECC to S/4
  
  HANA preferred).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Local to La Verne, CA – onsite presence required.
