Position: JUNIOR PLANNER

Available Positions Final QC

Final QC is responsible for performing final inspection on all outgoing electronic boards. The candidate will work from blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine acceptance or rejection of the job. The position reports to the PCBA Rework Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform final inspection on all electronic boards.
  • Work from documentation to determine acceptance or rejection of job/material.
  • Create appropriate records of inspection activities – enter QC data in logs, fill out transfer documents and non‑conforming material reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience in utilizing a microscope in accordance with IPC‑610 STD.
  • Experience in FQC & QC for solder inspection in SMT/Thru‑hole in‑process and final inspection required.
  • Experience working with small electromechanical assembly fixtures.
  • Working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, microscopic assembly and soldering.
  • Experience working with IPC standards.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
Education and / or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years of quality control inspection experience in an electronic environment.

Probationary Period:
Employees must complete 90 days of probation at a satisfactory performance level prior to gaining permanent status.

PCBA Hand Solder Worker

The PCBA Hand solder worker is responsible for hand‑soldering electronic components on the microscope.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for printed circuit board assembly, touch‑up, soldering and rework.
  • Mount assembled components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panel.
  • Rework or repair PCBA’s (electronic boards).
  • Crimp, screw, weld, solder, press fits, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years experience hand soldering through‑hole and cable wiring assemblies per IPC 610/620 required.
  • Experience working with small electromechanical assembly fixtures.
  • Working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, microscopic assembly and soldering.
  • Experience working with IPC standard.
Education and / or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Test Technician

The Test Technician is responsible for performing manufacturing assembly and test operations in a production environment. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare product, conduct testing and document test results.
  • Set up and calibrate test equipment.
  • Generate production test reports.
  • Perform all in‑process testing, assembly verifications and final calibration and testing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot all company products.
  • Support manufacturing engineering as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience reading electronic schematics, test instructions and using test instruments.
  • Troubleshooting at circuitry and component level.
  • Strong skills in reading, understanding, and communicating information contained on manufacturing documentation.
  • Demonstrate superior organization skills and ability to present information to the managerial team clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality with respect to sensitive company information.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in analysis in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Internet use for work‑related purposes and standard email software (e.g., MS Outlook, Gmail).
