Mon-Fri 3 :00 PM- 11 :30 PM

A local company in La Verne, CA is searching for a Lead Machine Operator who will help with various projects around the warehouse. You will spend most days in a climate-controlled warehouse area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up production machines.
• Assign daily work and help operators with production needs.
• Monitor production, quality, and machine performance.
• Assist with machine adjustments, setups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect parts to make sure they meet specifications.
• Train and assist machine operators as needed.
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
