Your Role

Reporting to the Manager and working collaboratively with Victim Services Workers, the Client Support Worker acts as the first point of contact for victims of crime who request support from our offices. This position works in a compassionate, client-centred and culturally responsive way to identify immediate needs, provide crisis response and initial intake. The position will also provide back up to Victim Service Workers in providing court related updates.

The Client Support Worker is responsible for client file management within the branch and provides administrative and organizational support to the Victim Services Team.
