We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as our Operations Analyst and Project Lead. In this blended role, you will manage organizational programs while also overseeing the onboarding of new clients. You will plan and execute key initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure programs meet their goals. Simultaneously, you will guide new clients through orientation and training, ensuring they have a smooth introduction to our services.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for tracking program metrics and client onboarding data.

Job Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution:
    Develop, implement, and oversee various programs and initiatives to meet defined objectives and deadlines.
  • Program Monitoring:
    Track program progress and performance, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with team members, managers, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout each project or initiative.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Client Orientation & Training:
    Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients, introducing them to the company’s services, policies, and procedures for a clear and positive onboarding experience.
  • Onboarding Documentation & Support:
    Prepare and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials (checklists, training guides, client handbooks) and provide ongoing support to new clients, addressing questions and concerns during their initial engagement.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    Gather feedback from new clients and incorporate their suggestions to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance program effectiveness.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education. 2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems. CRM software experience preferred.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay range for this role is - $50,000 - $52,000
