How you will achieve success:
- Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
- Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
- Carrier & Contract Support - Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.
- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
