Mechanical Construction Estimator – Omaha, NE

Conducts high-level estimation and leads the bidding process for small to mid-scale construction projects.

• Estimating:
  Prepares and assembles estimates within the department and delegates estimating duties to engineers as required to maintain the bid schedule.
• Database Management:
  Maintains a database of project history and results, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the system software and providing all users with updated information.
• Procedures:
  Develops conceptual plans and specification bid procedures and standards to improve consistency and efficiency of the estimating process.
• Client Bid Management:
  Develops successful client relationships, markets company products and services, and solicits bid schedules from general contractors.

• 0-2 years of experience estimating construction projects
• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or completion of a Technical Training Program
• No travel required
