• Lead multiple complex commercial projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.
• Drive portfolio performance by proactively managing risk, resources, profitability, and project health.
• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build trusted client relationships that strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and project teams while building the next generation of leaders.
• Drive pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations to help win the right work.
• Partner across MCL to drive operational excellence and help shape company strategy and growth.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Strong track record of building client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Experience leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and project interviews.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, or other integrated project delivery methods.
• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other technically complex commercial project experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
