We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all engineering and design specifications are met. This role requires a strong foundation in various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction tasks.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Micro Station for creating detailed design schematics and plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems engineering principles into construction projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues during the construction process and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize project efficiency and reduce waste.
• Engage in product development activities related to construction materials and methods.
• Perform maintenance checks on equipment used in construction to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, C, and C++ for automation tasks related to project management.
• Conduct debugging of systems and provide technical support during the construction phase.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in construction engineering or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Works) and project scheduling tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge, system design, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts in engineering calculations and designs.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering practices will be beneficial for optimizing processes within the construction environment.
