Senior Pricing Analyst

About the Role

This is a fully in‑person position in Omaha, Nebraska. We are looking for a highly analytical and business‑minded Senior Pricing Analyst to help build and scale our pricing capabilities. This role will play a key part in developing structured pricing processes, improving margin performance, and supporting data‑driven pricing decisions across the organization.

• Analyze pricing, cost, and margin data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support the development of pricing models, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate supplier cost increases and recommend pricing actions.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track pricing performance.
• Partner with Sales on customer pricing, contracts, and bids.
• Identify and correct inconsistent or unprofitable pricing structures.
• Support pricing updates and improvements in ERP systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on profitability and margin analysis.
• Help define and improve pricing processes and decision frameworks.

• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, modeling).
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field preferred.
