This role owns project intake, governance, and execution outcomes for high-impact sustaining-business initiatives and serves as a connective leader across Operations, Quality, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. The position emphasizes modern delivery practices (Scrum, Agile, AI-enabled project management) while operating effectively within a regulated environment.

  • Apply Agile and Scrum principles to non-product initiatives where appropriate.
  • Coach cross-functional teams on iterative delivery, backlog management, and incremental value realization.
  • Leverage AI-enabled project management capabilities to improve forecasting, risk identification, reporting efficiency, and decision support.
  • Balance Agile delivery with Streck's regulatory and quality expectations.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to functional leaders across the organization.

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
  • Experience establishing PMO governance, intake processes, or enterprise standards preferred.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Proven experience leading Value Stream Mapping, LEAN initiatives, COGS reduction and operational efficiency programs, and Enterprise system implementations.
