SAP Cutover Lead

Job Description # SAP Cutover Lead
* Own and manage the cutover task list for data and reporting activities.
* Ensure tasks are completed in the correct sequence based on cutover best practices and prior SAP go-live experience.
* Track progress, identify dependencies, escalate delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
* Coordinate closely with SAP functional teams, data teams, IT infrastructure teams, and reporting teams.
* Participate in and support cutover dress rehearsals leading up to go-live.
* Serve as the primary point of coordination during the go-live window, including after-hours communication and issue tracking.
* Provide clear, concise updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Experience:

** Prior experience supporting at least one SAP cutover or go-live in a coordination, project management, or cutover-specific role is required. A strong understanding of cutover sequencing, order of operations, and typical execution patterns is necessary.
** Snowflake and Operational Data Storage (ODS) or similar downstream system experience is mandatory.
** The right candidate will understand data replication, load timing, and post-load validation.
* Experience supporting multiple SAP go-live or cutover projects.
* Understanding of how data, reporting, and infrastructure intersect during major system transitions.
* Detail-oriented, steady under pressure, and skilled at keeping teams aligned.
