The OpportunityAs a Quality Control LIMS Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You'll maintain and enhance the system that underpins our quality control operations — managing master data, building workflows, integrating instruments, and empowering your colleagues through training and support. This is a high-impact, technical role with visibility across the organization.
What You'll Do- Manage LIMS master data, workflows, reports, and instrument integrations — including troubleshooting, updating, creating, and testing
- Execute and coordinate testing, verification, and validation associated with LIMS updates
- Partner with IT to manage LIMS enhancements and periodic system upgrades
- Maintain departmental work instructions related to LIMS
- Provide user support and training to staff across the organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance LIMS workflows and lead their implementation
- Communicate relevant LIMS functionality updates and issues to management and appropriate personnel
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on LIMS functionality
- Bachelor's degree in a science or computer-related field
- Minimum
-3-5 years of experience with a LIMS - Experience with Power BI preferred
- Strong computer skills and technical ability to quickly develop proficiency with new programs
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, accountable mindset with strong attention to detail
