• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase business.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure employees do the same.

• 2+ years of experience in a management role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
