1st Shift and 2nd Shift Packaging Lead Positions

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Packaging Leads to oversee daily packaging operations and lead the packaging team. This position ensures production readiness, maintains quality standards, and supports efficient workflow throughout the shift.

• Job Title: 1st Shift Packaging Lead
  Location: La Vista, NE
  Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed
  Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour
• Job Title: 2nd Shift Packaging Lead
  Location: La Vista, NE
  Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed
  Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  Pay: Starting at $21.50/hour

• Lead and support the packaging team throughout the shift
• Ensure production lines are set up and ready for operation
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
• Monitor production and perform quality checks
• Follow production schedules and customer specifications
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Train, coach, and support employees as needed

• Leadership experience preferred
• Fluent English communication skills required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to follow company procedures and work instructions
