Role: Sanitation Lead in Food & Beverage Operations
Responsibilities- Oversee plant sanitation programs to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit-readiness.
- Lead, train, and manage sanitation crews to perform effective cleaning procedures.
- Schedule and verify cleaning operations, maintain SSOPs, and conduct inspections.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure hygiene standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in hygiene, chemical usage, and allergen control.
- Model a culture of integrity, safety, inclusion, and innovation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of sanitation processes, regulatory standards, and quality protocols.
- Excellent inspection, verification, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality food production.
