Senior QA Analyst Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to lead testing efforts across complex enterprise applications. This role will own test planning and execution across manual, regression, and automated testing, with a strong focus on expanding automation using Playwright.

• Own QA strategy, test planning, and execution for assigned applications.
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage using Playwright, focusing on high-risk and critical user workflows.
• Identify, document, troubleshoot, and validate defects in partnership with development teams.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support test data planning and validation across environments.
• Help modernize regression testing through reusable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and standards.

• 6–8+ years of software QA experience with web and enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual and regression testing.
• Experience developing automated tests using Playwright or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills, including creating, modifying, and executing queries.
• Understanding of ETL processing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence quality practices across teams.
