MCL Construction is seeking an Experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our growing field team. This role is ideal for a skilled, dependable carpenter who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and wants to build lasting projects with a company that puts people first.

• Perform a wide range of commercial carpentry tasks, including:
  • Concrete formwork and layout
  • Framing, blocking, and structural carpentry
  • Finish carpentry and detailed work
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Work collaboratively with Superintendents, Foremen, and fellow trades
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure work meets MCL quality standards and project schedules

• 3+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience (GC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, methods, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and execute work independently
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn, grow, and support others on the jobsite
