** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform field service work safely and efficiently at customer locations

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment issues

+ Complete preventive maintenance and repair activities

+ Manage parts inventory and equipment readiness

+ Identify and proactively address potential safety concerns involving company and customer-owned equipment

+ Provide technical support and recommendations to customers

+ Document service work, findings, and corrective actions

+ Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and operational challenges

+ Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams

+ Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements

+ Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card

+ Ability to obtain customer-required clearances such as TWIC, DISA, and others as needed

+ Clean driving record

+ Experience working directly with customers

+ Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + 2-5 years of technical field service, industrial maintenance, or commercial process water experience

+ Industry-specific certifications or licenses

+

Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion equipment and systems

** Travel Requirements*
* + Travel required

+ Approximately  
** 20% to 80% travel** , depending on business unit and location

+ Overnight travel may be required
