As a Production Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication. This position offers a dynamic mix of production, shipping and receiving, installation, and customer support responsibilities.

• Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and related components
• Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting in-house and at customer locations
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain shipment records and inventory data
• Coordinate with truck carriers and delivery services
• Assist with conveyor system repairs and installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Represent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammates

We're seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and verify measurements accurately using a tape measure
• Basic computer and math skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Forklift experience
• Maintenance or conveyor belt technician experience
• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments

• This role is active and hands-on. Team members should be comfortable:
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Working in warehouse, shop, and customer-site environments
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day
• Working at heights and in confined spaces when required
