Job Coach (Part-Time) – Flexible Hours
Prime Home DDS is seeking a caring and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based employment settings. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time.
What You'll Do- Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance
- Help individuals learn job tasks and workplace expectations
- Support skill-building, independence, and confidence
- Maintain simple, accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with employers and team members
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass a background check
- Meaningful, rewarding work
