Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounting operations in a structured, on‑site environment. This Accounts Payable Specialist will handle core accounts payable functions and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the organization’s financial processes.

• Perform full‑cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice review, coding, and payments
• Verify POS transactions and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Complete reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed
• Review and process expense reports in accordance with policy
• Support month‑end activities related to accounts payable

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist handling full‑cycle AP
• Strong reconciliation and expense processing skills
• High attention to detail with solid organizational and communication abilities
