Key Responsibilities for the Collections Specialist:

• Manage and follow up on past-due customer accounts.
  
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
  
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
  
  • Maintain detailed and accurate collection records.
  
  • Review aging reports and prioritize collection activities.
  
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve payment delays and account issues.

Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:

• 2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
  
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  
  • Knowledge of collections procedures, account reconciliation, and payment processing.
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting education is a plus.
