This position will be required to work out of our Lacey, WA warehouse; this is not a remote role.

In this role as
Logistics Clerk Admin , you will:

• Communicate daily with transportation brokers and carriers.
• Schedule and track shipping/receiving loads
• Update system and shipping and receiving documents as needed
• Maintain files
• Complete data entry tasks
• Responsible for solving issues and discrepancies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job qualification requirements for this role:

• Previous experience with WMS or TMS system (Manhattan Preferred)
• A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Capable of working independently
• A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
