Overview
The Department of Ecology is hiring a Lead Financial Assistance Engineer (Environmental Engineer
5) within the Water Quality Division.
Location:
Southwest Region Office in Thurston County, Lacey, WA
.
Schedule:
This position is eligible for telework and flexible schedule options; a minimum of two days per month in the office is required. Duties include planning, design, and construction oversight for wastewater and reclaimed water facilities, permit issuance and implementation, and supporting Ecology's grant and loan program. You will also mentor staff-level engineers and serve as the primary point of contact for the Water Quality Program and the regulated community.
