This Environmental Engineer 5 role involves reviewing remedial investigations and feasibility studies, designing engineering analyses to evaluate contaminant movement, and guiding corrective actions under the Model Toxics Control Act.
The position offers hybrid work from the Lacey headquarters office with opportunities to mentor other engineers and support real estate transactions and property development across the state.### Key qualifications
* Professional Engineer registration in Washington State or equivalent
* Five years of experience in environmental engineering
* Expertise in chemical fate and transport modeling
* Knowledge of remediation technologies and cleanup strategies
* Valid driver's license
