POSITIONSUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the CRA Officer in the consistent implementation of the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Strategy across all Bank business lines; monitoring and enforcing compliance with CRA regulations and promoting responsible lending, investment, and service practices within the communities we serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Adhere to and promote the Core Values of 1st Security Bank.
- Demonstrate dependability and reliability in all aspects of the position.
- Assist with tracking and reporting the Bank’s CRA performance to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Have a working knowledge of the CRA; stay current as to any changes/modifications/updates to the CRA and represent the Bank at CRA conferences throughout the fiscal year.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data on lending, investments and services provided to low- and moderate-income communities. Prepare reports on CRA metrics.
- Support the monitoring of the Bank’s activities in relation to CRA, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in identifying and developing relationships with community organizations, local governments, and non-profits to align the Bank’s CRA activities with community needs.
- Work with internal departments (such as lending and compliance) to facilitate CRA initiatives.
- Work with the communities we serve on approved or in-process CRA initiatives.
- Conduct research on local community development needs and CRA regulations to support the Bank’s strategic goals.
- Prepare and present reports on CRA compliance to Management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Adhere to 1st Security Bank policies and procedures.
- Support Management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner and represent the Bank with a high level of integrity.
- Travel to assigned 1st Security Bank locations as business needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned including risk management projects.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience of at least one year within a financial institution.
- A base understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act and its requirements.
- Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, or community outreach initiatives is helpful.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.

Salary$20.00 to $26.45 per hour
