This is a leadership position focused on climate policy implementation through market-based greenhouse gas emission reduction.

• Nine years of experience in financial market analysis, regulatory compliance, and team leadership related to the duties of the position
• Demonstrated competence in leading and mentoring diverse analytical teams to build collaborative, high-performing finance monitoring units
• Advanced ability to conduct complex financial and commodity market analyses to detect risks and identify anomalous behavior
• Experience deploying financial monitoring techniques, statistical tools, and market intelligence to identify market manipulation and compliance failures
• Skills in collaborating with internal and external organizations to coordinate regulatory work and maintain program transparency
• Experience translating complex financial and regulatory concepts into clear written and verbal communication
