The Fiscal Analyst 4 reports to the Director of Administrative Services at the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) and serves as the accounting expert and primary advisor on budgetary decisions. This position is responsible for agency financial structure, bill payment, accounts receivable invoicing, expenditure analysis, cost allocation, budget development, and oversight of state-wide goods and services contracts. The role supervises one full-time employee and coordinates with EFSEC staff, Facilities, and other state agencies to maintain accurate financial documentation and support agency compliance.
Keyqualifications
- 8+ years of advanced fiscal management experience
- Proven experience using state accounting system (AFRS) and payroll system (HRMS)
- Familiarity with state policies and travel regulations
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing high-value financial resources and complex budgeting
- Track record of stewarding large-scale agency financial resources
