POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for all set up, order out and loan processing for Home Equity loans submitted by 1st Security Bank branches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Promote positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers. Embraces 1SB Core Values and leads by example.
  • Reviews initial credit application package, completes data entry into LOS, completes order out of services, communicates missing items to Branch originators and sends initial disclosures to applicants.
  • Performs all processing and communications tasks associated with Home Equity loans within all regulatory time constraints.
  • Monitors files for completeness and submits to HELOC Analyst for Underwriting once initial application set up and Processing is complete
  • Organizes loan files and maintains/updates loan record status in Encompass on an ongoing basis.
  • Performs additional duties as needed assisting HELOC Analysts in the review of credit applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products, be able to type 45+ WPM, and possess 10-key/computer experience.

Salary Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
