This role is temporary in nature, and the duration of the assignment will depend on business needs. There may be opportunities to apply for other roles within the organization as they become available.

• Be the financial backbone of a luxury senior living community while partnering with a caring, high-performing team.
• Grow your skills across AP/AR, payroll, and reporting with support from leadership.

• Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files.
• Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership.
• Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
• Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed.

• 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles; strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Office;
  Yardi experience a plus.
• Calm, collaborative communicator who thrives in a resident-first culture.
