Our Exercise Specialists are one of the most integral roles in our company. They are responsible for assisting patients with exercise plans and modalities and play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships and driving the patient experience. This is an ideal role for someone who has received an undergraduate degree and would like to gain clinical experience prior to applying to PT/OT school or another medical program.

With 35+ locations, we connect our exercise specialists globally and regionally for development and collaboration opportunities.

• Assist patients with exercise plans and modalities and support the patient experience.
• Establish and maintain relationships with patients and team members.
• Collaborate with multiple locations for development and collaboration opportunities.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.

• Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to properly transfer patients using good body mechanics while maintaining patient safety.
• Must work at an SSPHT facility and arrange for transportation to and from the work site.
• Potential exposure to viruses, diseases, and infections from patients.
• Ability to perform custodial duties using medical-grade cleaning products (e.g., cleaning bathrooms, laundry, disinfection of equipment).
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and use a keyboard to enter information.
• Work schedule will be based on the needs of SSPHT.

• Base salary: $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience and clinic location.
• 20-40 hours per week.
