8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Supplemental Program - Compassus Home Health.

Required Credentials:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Monday - Friday

4 large counties in our area, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce. The need would be in any of those territories.

7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
