Job Description
The DC System Coordinator ensures the DC has required, functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals. Responsibilities include installing, operating, and maintaining on‑site hardware such as printers, RF guns, gladiators, phones, radios, servers, RIF devices, network connections and cabling, and other related equipment in a complex, automated distribution center.
They identify issues and needs, correct them or elevate to leadership, and respond to associate hardware needs by coaching and training on effective usage.

Salary and temporary associates earn 1 hour of sick time for each 40 hours worked. Full‑time associates earn 1 hour of sick time for each 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater. Part‑time associates earn 1 hour of sick time for each 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
Sick time accrual rules differ by location (e.g., Washington State, Spokane, Tacoma, Seattle).
